Sunwolves lock Tim Bond to miss four weeks for dangerous play

Sunwolves lock Tim Bond has been suspended for four weeks after he was cited for a dangerous tackle during the Sunwolves' loss to the Stormers on Saturday.

Bond was red carded for his 70th minute offence after he made late and high contact with the Stormers fullback.

The lock entered an early plea of guilty and has been ruled out of competition until May 7.

Bond had previously been suspended for one week for dangerous play.
