Brad Davis will leave his position as Wasps defence coach to take up a role at the Ospreys.
Davis will depart Wasps at the end of the season having exercised a release clause in his contract.
Wasps' Director of Rugby Dai Young said: "It is the nature of professional sport that players and coaches move on.
"Brad has done a great job for Wasps over the past three seasons and I would like to thank him for his hard work and efforts during that period."
Davis joined Wasps in 2013 after a spell in Bath's backroom staff and had a lengthy playing career in rugby league.
