Connacht dominated the end-of-season Guinness PRO12 awards with coach Pat Lam, centre Bundee Aki and back-row John Muldoon all receiving silverware.
The Irish province will play Glasgow Warriors in the semifinals of the PRO12 after a remarkable season which saw them finish second.
And their feat was recognised at the PRO12 awards with Lam winning Coach of the Season and Aki scooping Players' Player of the Season.
Muldoon was given the Chairman's Award while Ospreys' half-back Sam Davies was crowned Young Player of the Season.
Connacht also formed the bulk of the PRO12 Dream Team with seven players making the cut.
