Leigh Halfpenny will make his first Wales start since September 2015 against Australia in Cardiff on Saturday.
Halfpenny, who suffered a serious knee injury on the eve of the 2015 Rugby World Cup, will line up at fullback alongside George North and Alex Cuthbert.
As expected interim head coach Rob Howley has named Gethin Jenkins as his captain in the absence of Sam Warburton.
Meanwhile, there is also a place on the bench for uncapped duo Sam Davies and Cory Hill.
